,now I live in Cape Town since 2nd july-otherwise home was in Durban sincewe left school. At the moment I am sailing as Second engineer and relieving Chief Engineer on a cable ship called the 'Chamarel'. we are based in C.Town jetty No.2 at the waterfront(opposite the Table View Hotel).We are in charge of the cable (fibre optic) from Dakar(west Africa) to the Diego Gracia Islands in the Indian Ocean.At the present moment ,we are at sea as we were called as there is a fault on the cable +/- 300Km west of Luanda.We will arrive there tomorrow and repair the cable and return home as soon as possible. Thank you for ordering a tshirt for me ,I will put the money in your account as soon as i get back home! I will really make a effort to be there next time ,however it is impossible to come if I am on board ship.
